Return & Refund Policy

Although we attempt to present our products in the best way as we can, but we cannot provide you the experience of viewing the products as you do in the physical stores. Hence we offer a 10 days return policy under which you can return the product if your expectations do not meet. In case of product return customer will get entire money refund. 

In case you want to return, exchange or cancle the order then you will require following this -

  1. Mention the details of your order and drop us an email at info@jaipurcraftonline.com with the reason for return/cancel or you can call us at +91 98290 36210
  2. Customer can cancel the order within 24 Hours of its placement. 
  3. Returns including all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
  4. In case of product return entire amount including shipping, gift wrap charges will be refunded to customer within 3 Working days. 
  5. In case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift wrapping charges are transferred to customer account.
  6. We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns. In most of the cases we deliver the replacement while we do the pickup.
  7. In a few other cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.
  8. In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
  9. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case a Replacement is not available, Seller will refund the amount for the same.
  10. A free exchange can be done in case size or colour related issues. 
 

We will try to help you out in your exchange but there are some exceptions, which are not covered under our return policy.

  1. Retrun/refund not applicable to personalised or customised items
  2. Return request made outside return policy time frame.
  3. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  4. Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  5. Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  6. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies.
  7. Edible items, eatable items.
